Despite the setbacks, his break came unexpectedly through clothing advertisements, which opened the doors to the art world of fashion and subsequently to acting.
Nelson’s persistence paid off when he landed roles in several successful Turkish series, notably “Grand Family,” which aired from 2015 to 2021. This exposure led to opportunities and new experiences, broadening his horizons and deepening his understanding of the craft. Meanwhile, Nelson nurtured a growing interest in the fashion industry. His research and dedication culminated in a significant offer to work at a fashion show in Milan. Embracing this new avenue and by working really hard, he eventually ascended to the role of CEO at Milan Go Fashion Week and also founded “Success Stories Magazine.” His journey through fashion shows and film festivals fostered not only friendships but significant professional collaborations.
Nelson views acting and modeling—notably in men’s suits and classic fashion—as his primary passions. However, he is keenly aware of the industry’s harsh realities, including the inevitable rejections and uncertainties. He believes in the power of confidence and positive thinking to maintain motivation and focus. “Worrying doesn’t help you in the long run; it doesn’t make you a better actor, it just keeps you away from your passions,” Nelson advises.
