In case you missed it, we’re in the midst of awards season, meaning that major ceremonies like the Emmys, Golden Globes, Governors Awards, Brit Awards and Critics Choice Awards have all come and gone. And, now, the 96th Academy Awards – AKA the 2024 Oscars – has arrived.
Taking place on Sunday 10 March at Los Angeles’ Dolby Theatre, the ceremony started at 7pm ET and saw a host of A-Listers take to the red carpet. This includes the one and only Vanessa Hudgens, who used the opportunity to reveal that she is expecting her first child!
Probably the most star-studded event of the year (besides, idk, a literal astronomy symposium) the ceremony saw faves from the worlds of film strut their stuff in amazing style. Someone who sadly wasn’t present? The one and only Taylor Swift – even though Oscars producers were ready to save a seat for her…
No matter, there were plenty of celebs in attendance, including the one and only Zendaya in a *stunning* Armani Privé dress that was giving all sorts of old Hollywood glamour.
Other major fash-un moments include Greta Lee in monochrome Loewe, Margot Robbie’s slinky black Versace chainmail (her final Barbie ‘fit), Florence Pugh’s futuristic, sculptural Del Core gown (a continuation of her killer Dune promo looks) and Ariana Grande in showstopping Giambattista Valli.
Yep, fashion fans will be eating out on these looks for a looooong time. Fancy seeing the best of what the red carpet had to offer? Keep scrolling for all the gorgeous style moments from the 2024 Academy Awards and be prepared to be bowled over…
